I've been having a heluva time trying to get my wife's '83 240DL smogged....high NOx.....tried a new O2 sensor and a new cat, and the numbers got better but were still too high. So I turned to the Brickboard, and discovered the "plug the vacuum line to the computer" trick. Tried it, and passed with flying colors!!!

So Thanks, Brickboarders! you guys are alright!
