Radio install/removal confusion 200

I have an 89 240 with the radio on the top of the console. I bought a cd player to put in it and a wiring harness off ebay so I could just plug n play. Well when I removed the volvo radio I found I dont know where the plug is to unhook the stock radio from the car. The wires just seem to keep going and going. How do I pull the radio from the car without having to cut the wires?
