To all the brickboarders who have used this site for its bountifull information I have just a small contribution to make, I'm an Australian and I'm sure you all will forgive for that! Having read and downloaded the many questions and responses regarding the dreaded temp. comp. board I pulled my instrument panel apart to replace lost light bulbs and to attend to the TCB only to find that there isn't one installed, I can see the retaining lugs on each side but NO TCB! So that would tell you that Volvo 240's imported into Aust.do not have the TCB, perhaps just the US market? also no wiring provision for cruise control either so an after market unit is waiting to be installed.
