245 Rear Seat Back trouble 200 1990

Rear seat, seatback on my 1990 245, now has inopative latch. I smashed the release lever that is found on the upper center rear of the seatback. The l and r release cables are now exposed and -with three hands on it- the back can be unlatched and lowered. Looking for a salvage yard in NJ/NY/CT who may have a 245 w/good replacement. Suggestions?? Earlier 240's (such as my now sold "86) have a different hing and latch--no interchange. Also help please, on how to remove the seatback. The Volvo "green book" has a sketchy few words on the topic. This experience has conviniced me to be gentle with this aparatus. Thanks in advance for taking the time to reply.
