Hello,

Several weeks before, when I wash my car,I found that the floor pan(left rear passage side,under passager's feet) was rust and broken.

my question is:
How to fix it? which kind of speciall tools or skill needed?

I checked and found there is water inside the edge of body. Also, I found many leaves inside it(I open the plastic cover circled by thicker white line)

How to avoid this? where was blocked?
