Air Flow/Vent Problem 86 240DL Wagon 200 1986

My controls for where air blows...the windshield, the floor, and recirculating...just stopped working out of the blue. Absolutely nothing happens when I push the buttons. plenty of air coming out of the front/main vents. The fuses seem to be fine.The vacuum hoses underneath the hood seem ok.

Any ideas?
