High Idle Spped on Start 200

I have a 93 240 sedan with 110K miles on it. Right after I had the throttle body thoroughly cleaned, the car revs high upon a cold start. It does not do it if the car is warm. It idles high for a few seconds and then returns to the idle speed prior to the throttle body cleaning.

Is this a simple adjustment that I can do?
