battary draining in a 1990 volvo 200

tomorrow i am gonna charge her up again. i fired it up to move it around, and the battery drained killing the engine. i removed the dash and insterment panel. everything is plugged in the center consul, just nothing is assembled yet electronically. i have to fix the wipers and brake light switch since it isn;t contacting the brake petal arm. i moved the steering wheel over a couple inches and that cased the switch to snap out of allinmant with the arm for the brake. also apply s for the cruse modual. the wipers need to be put back on track, and some wires soldered. some 1 cut some wires taking out an alarm system. any thoughts on what else may be draining the battary and how to speed up assembely? thanks!
