Exhaust alternatives - 240 '89 B230F

I now have a leak before the first muffler, where it joins to the cat pipe.
The rear axle pipe has been hitting the rear suspension for 18 months now.
The rear muffler has been hittign the underside of the car for 18 months now.
The downpipe has three leaks on it, and an added extension piece becasue the original garage never was able to get the correct length pipe. The o2 sensor needs changing but it is seized into the downpipe, no way it's coming out.

All this to say I want completely new system. The engine is not the turbo, but I have wanted something a bit sportier.

Would anyone recommend putting a turbo cat-back with a new OEM style downpipe and cat as an option? All from fcpgroton, under 500$ with shipping. That's my budget on this.

Any other good choices? Does IPD have a setup that is priced similar (with cat) ?

Thanks,
Greg
