do i need a wiper motor? can i rebuild this one?? 200

fellow bricksters, wippers only worked on low and delay, no high. now they aint working... took out motor and tested it. GROANS and makes noise. has a flat spot in it. i don't know how to dignose the switch to see if its bad??? thoughs plz thanks!!~~
