Installing polyurethane Rear Trailing Arm Bushings 200 1993

I've just gotten the front struts and rear shocks renewed on my 93 245. Now I have a set of polyurethane bushings from FCP Groton that go into the metal shell from the OEM bushings.
Has anyone done this? It looks like I have to remove the rubber part of the bushing using a torch or some other device to install the poly bushings.
Any suggestions?
Gracias,
el raidman
