My recently purchased 91 wagon is starting have some concerns. The problems are that the electric windows AND the electric seat heaters work intermittently. The problems do not seem related but I might be wrong. Usually, the windows will not work when the car is cold (70’s down here) but will work by the time I get to work. I haven’t identified the pattern for the seat warmers yet because it’s not cold enough to use them.

I have only owned a 1979 and a 1985 DL wagon so this is new territory for me.

Should I try to re-solder the relay components? I’m not sure where they are located or what colors they are.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
