Odd stalling issue 900 1993

We have a 93 940T. It has 103k and we keep up with the maintenance. Lately the car has refused to stay running when started hot. Only when hot. It starts cold beautifully. but hot, it will start and stall. It acts as if the idle is to low. If i keep my foot on the gas and drive it, the car will function fine after its been driven alittle. What could this problem be?
