Why does it seem that one rear wheel is farther...(suspension) 200

I couldnt fit my question in the subject line.

It seems like my drivers side rear wheel is farther under the car than the other side. Like the distance between the wheel face and the outside of the car is greater on one side than the other. I think the inner part of that tire is rubbing on the car because I can see rubber marks right where the upper shock bolt is. Does the question make sense?

What do I need to do to get this right?
