How can you tell if parts sold online are 'Volvo' parts?

When looking online for parts for my '84 245 or '97 850 I often see "Volvo quality parts" or "OEM quality" or just "Volvo" parts... I do know that many original parts on Volvos are made by other Swedish (or German) companies, so how can you tell which brands are actually OEM, and which are cheap knockoffs?
Is there a list somewhere?
