Instructions to reflow relay 900

Hi,
I pulled both black relays called radio suppression relays to reflow the solder. There is a gui stuff on the surface. First question is what is this and how I can put back. Second question is how to pull the board out of the relay box/holder without causing any damage. Please advise and I will start from there.
