LH window regulator 700

Has anyone replaced a left hand window regulator in a 89 740?

The old one comes out easily, and the new one from FCP Groton
is nearly identical except for:

The stud with clip for the door is replaced with a nylon roller that
goes in without the tuning fork bushing.
FCP confirms this. Is that right?

I got the windows studs in the plastic bushings only after some
serious prying on the window, and the plastic washers don't want to
go on.

Do I need different washers and clips?
Any info appreciated
