What next 200

After cleaning the Throttle body and using Air Mass sensor cleaning on the AMM, still having problems with rough idle on my 89 244. Cleaning the parts helped some, but it is still surging and then almost dying after it warms up, I looked at the vacuum system, and don,t see anything obvious, Any ideas. Thanks
