Front wheel bearing replacement procedure 700 1991

I am pretty sure that I need to replace the front wheel bearings on my 1991 745T (grinding noise when rolling, etc.). If I understand the FAQ page and the parts list at FCP Groton, these are the new, one-piece (i.e. "expensive") type.

The FAQ here does not seem to have any detailed instructions for replacement of these bearings. It seems pretty straight forward, but I'm worried that there may be some hidden traps or something. Besides, I need to know pre-load specs, etc. don't I?

Is there any comprehensive "how-to" available for changing front wheel bearings on this car?

Since it is my only car, I am quite concerned that I have everything I may need, and full information on any potential traps or difficulties. I live out in the country and have to go into these jobs fully armed so that I don't wind up stuck and unable to get to work. The RX-7 and Tercel are "driveway ornaments" at the moment.
