'91 245 stock radio or amp fuse location 200

About 1.5 years past I changed the 02 sensor in this car and after disconnecting and reconnecting the battery the radio would not put out any sound although it does show that it has power as the stations are visible on the LCD.

I spent a lot of time tearing out the front center and side panels to try to find the Volvo amp fuse with no luck. The unit worked great so I would like to get the FM radio working again.

Today I removed the radio unit and checked the internal 5A fuse and it was fine (the LCD) works so this was expected.

Can anyone tell me the exact location of the Volvo Amp Fuse (amp located behind the lower storage nitch) and how to get to it. Is it an inline fuse? How do you get to it and identify it.

Thanks
