How To Get To The Thermostat 940

I'm told that I should be able to change my own thermostat ... but I can't find my Volvo books. Can someone tell me where the thermostat is, and how to get to it ?

Well ... I assume the problem is the thermostat ... temp gauge no longer reads half ... now only goes up about 20% or so. Heater does blow warm air.
