940 Power Antenna Replaced But Does Not Work 900 1992

I have replaced the entire antenna assembly with a new part from Volvo, it went back in with no problem, just undoing the various panels took some time. Is there some relay or switch I need to reset to get the antenna to work? What are the usual snafus with this job to the best of our knowledge? I read through a few tech notes, I wonder if I should turn the radio on, then plug the multi connector back in. Everything is attached, the drain hose on the bottom, the antenna bayonet type connector, and the black multi connector. HELP!!!
