vacuum source to heater valve 700

I am trying to find out where is the vacuum source to the heater valve on my 1986 760 turbo. there is only a bit of a rubber house on the end of the heater valve but I am not sure where it comes from. Just attempting to look for vacuum leaks on this car that the Previous owner didn't take very good care of
