Removing a 240 Sunroof Panel 200

We just bought a beautiful low mileage southern 240 sedan. Only issue is the sunroof has what looks like a softball sized ding/dent in the middle of it. There are 2 identical vehicles in the yard (color/year) that I could get a new steel panel from....if I knew how.

I have searched for any kind of a diagram or instructions to remove this outer panel....(I have been told it can be done without removing the headliner? - hope so!)....but can find nothing.

Does anyone know the secret?
