A/C 200 1991

Hello, just had the compressor, clutch, receiver/dryer and tube replaced by a mechanic in my brick. He evacuated and replaced o-rings, added the compressor oil, and then the R-134 which had already been converted, question is: the car blew 60 degrees at idle in his garage, is there something I am missing or can do to make that better? by the way, the aux electric fan is running all the time due to the switch that controls it could not be located, so it was direct wired and runs all the time now, thanks for input! don
