Power window fuse keeps blowing 700 1991

Hello,
Fuse #8 keeps blowing as soon as it is replaced. It is between after the power window relay and before the driver's main power window switch in the circuit.
Of course, none of the windows operate as the main switch controls the other switches.

I have replaced the relay, with no effect - fuse still blows.

Any suggestions??
