turbo delay valve 700

I found out my delay valve is shot (1986 turbo). I did not even know until now what that thing was called and what it's used for. Anyways, I asked the dealer how much it is and I find it pricey (38 canadian, I thought it would be 5 bucks) So the question is, does anyone know where to get a cheaper part that can replace it?
