After a NEW BATTERY and a NEW ALTERNATOR ...STILL LOSING CHARGE! 200 1991

It's my 1991 204 and the symptons started asa engine light on the dash...stalling on a start (even when warmed up)...figured needed a tune up...did not need fuel relay or anything like that..but then the real bad heavy rain 2 weeks ago did the final curtain! She had all the lights come on the dash, wipers started to slow down, the radio was losing power and then of course she died. Had it towed in and my guy said it was the alternator adnthe battery wasn't taking a charge, so put a new one in. Beautiful and perfect! She had a lot of pep and energy, no problem hard start, went away and everything great until yesterday...ironically, it was raining hard but i stayed out of big puddles and I noticed again that the wipers started to slow down and the radio was starting to cut off so I made it back home 20 minutes away. Do you have any clues what I should check at thei point???? thanks all of you that help...much appreciated, Lynn
