'96 960 Inner Door Panel Removal 900 1996

How do I remove the inner rear door panel on a '96 960? I've removed the 2 clips on the bottom of the door, removed the trim from around the door handle, removed the 2 screws hiding behind the plastic cover on the arm rest. I tried removing the arm rest, but part of it is loose and part resists firm pressure to remove. The lower part of the door panel is loose, but I've also used firm pressure on a flat-blade panel removal tool (prying) without success. Thanks for any help.
