Which car model to upgrade to? 900

The 94 960 has finally reached the point where it no longer is cost-effective to repair. I need to replace it, but am not sure which car to look for. I have an investment in time and experience in maintaining the 960 running gear, so I'm thinking of something like a V90 or S90, or another 960. I'd also prefer a wagon, but the V90s are hard to come by. And I'd really like to stay with a RWD, since the FWD engines are so difficult to work on with the space limitations.

I'm looking for any comments, observations, and suggestions for where to proceed from here. Thanks for everybody's input.
