Thank you to everyone who answered the gas tank question.
I got a welding shop to repair the tank. They removed the plug and soldered the area closed. It was leaking from the factory solder at the plug on the bottom of the tank, just as described for the factory recall.
Now I am looking for new seats. Anyone know what year and model seats will fit in a 1975 164?
