'Singing' OD Relay 200 1987

The other night, my orange "upshift arrow" came on and my OD relay started making a high pitched tone.

If I liked the selection--Opera, maybe, or a Medley of Show Tunes--I might leave it alone, but as it is, I'm left puzzled and perplexed.

Anybody run into this before?
