I have a 1993 240 that won't seem to start. The odd thing is that it has spark (I can attest to this personally since I managed to shock myself several times checking the spark at the 4 plugs), and fuel pressure (I also checked this myself). I checked the computer, and it works fine, I tried to replace the fuel pump relay to no effect, but I tested the injectors with a volt meter and the reading seemed way off. They start at about 1 volt, but VERY quickly, almost instantaneously, dropped to about 1/3 to 1/2 volt and stayed there continuously. So it seems as though the injectors aren't getting enough signal to open. I've heard about a radio noise suppression relay, but haven't been able to find it. I found the electric fan relay by the battery, but haven't found an identical relay anywhere in the engine compartment (not by the coolant reservoir or either shock tower). At this point, I'm out of ideas. Thanks!
