Brake Pulsation 700 1990

I have changed my front brakes and rotors 3 times allways ending up with pulsation at around 5000 miles. I have changed guid pins and lubed where the brake ears ride through the caliper. I can't see anything wrong? Any suggestions. Thanks Chris
