Daughter needs good indy shop - Berkeley/Oakland area 900 1994

My daughter has the 1994-940 in the East Bay area and just failed smog. The test-only shop wrote: “No vacuum was supplied to EGR valve. Vehicle was road tested to verify. Free retest”..

Any suggestions as to an honest and capable diagnosis/repair shop in that area would be MUCH appreciated!
