My daughter has the 1994-940 in the East Bay area and just failed smog. The test-only shop wrote: “No vacuum was supplied to EGR valve. Vehicle was road tested to verify. Free retest”.

Sorry to post on the 200 board, but this one has the most traffic, and I've noticed that Berk/Oak is full of 240's - so folks might know a good shop.

Any suggestions as to an honest and capable diagnosis/repair shop in that area would be MUCH appreciated!
