This ONLY happens when the car is started from cold, run 1-5? minutes and turned off (like pulling the car in from being parked on the street to the driveway). It then won't start. The way I then have to start it is to pull the fuel relay (white relay), crank so it wants to then start (burning excess fuel), then putting the relay back in, then it starts. Ideas?
