What to do with new 940 SE?? 900 1991

Hello,
I am a new user here.I have grown up around Volvos most of my life. That was my parents car of choice.I myself am a Ford guy.I just bought a 1991 940 SE off of Ebay with the idea that it had a bad head/head gasket. My dad has some parts laying around so we figured I could fix it on the Cheap and have some cheap transportation or sell it to make a few bucks for my Mustang habit.
Well I got the car home and took the head off yesterday only to find that my suspicions were correct on the headgasket failure and to top that off the previous owner had gotten it so hot that the #1 piston was melted. It scored the cylinder so now I have a junk motor.I have a Mustang 302 collecting dust or I have found a 110K Turbo motor for $650.I don't know what the conversion kits cost but dad says the resale value with the volvo crowd will go down the tubes with a Ford motor in it (Unless it's somebody looking for one). The car is in pretty good shape.I bought it cheap enough that I could part it and still make a few bucks but I hate to do it as the car is too nice. What would this car be worth in good running driving condition put together??Any thought or opinions are appreciated.

Heres a link to the Ebay ad

Thanks,
James
