Heater/AC Vacuum 700 1989

My 1989 740 Turbo wagon has the combi/manualAC heater unit but I can detect no vacuum (white hose is source?). How does the vacuum get to the unit from the intake manifold to the heater unit (ie where does it go thru the firewall?) My cruise control does not work because there is no manifold vacuum supplied to the vacuum motor from the climate control and there is no vacuum controlling the air vents but I cannot find the vacuum source to the climate control. Where is it?
