4 piston calipers - problematic? 200 1983

The new 240 is getting upgraded to vented rotors, new hoses and calipers as the stock solids are worn to crap. My last venture with calipers like this were on a 73 Corvette and it was less than fun and pricy as heck. Do they have problems sealing the two halves on remans? Advance Auto actually has about as good a price as anyone on Bendix branded remans, and I can turn the core in localy which is handy. Think they'll be ok? Got vented disks from Advance before I knew I needed calipers and other stuff, I've used them before with no problems on different vehicles. Figured I'd order hoses and pads online, the hoses are overpriced locally, and I prefer a softer pad than most parts store stuff.
Thoughts?
