Auto trans fluid pref 700

my apologies if this message has repeated - having a bit of a problem posting...

I am going to change the transmission fluid from my 1991 740 b230 automatic (150,000 miles) trans this holiday weekend, as described in FAQ. My manual suggests Dexron IId fluid - all I could find is Pennzoil ATF which says its good for II and III requirements.

Anyone have any thoughts on favorite brands of ATF? Will this Pennzoil ATF be ok for the 91 740?
