740 Fuel pump replacement 700 1990

I've looked through the FAQ and with so many different fuel pump systems for the car, it just confused me a little. Is there access through the trunk to change the fuel pump in a '90 740 GL Sedan? I'm pretty sure it's the Regina model (the coil is a strange one on the driver's side strut and I don't see a 2nd fuel pump anywhere). Has anyone changed one before? Do you have to drop the tank with this car? Any tips?
