Sometime ago someone posted a page of Volvo 122 sighting in movies. I can't seem to find it at the moment. I found a general vehicle in movie search engine (http://www.imcdb.org/vehicles.php?make=volvo+&model=122) for one but the one I was thinking of was specific to Volvo.

What brought this all to mind was over the weekend the GF and I were watching 'The Good Shepherd'. Not all that great of a movie but in one scene (2 hours 11 mins in) there is a scene with a green 122 sedan in the back ground. But it's wrong! The scene is suppoosed to be in the Congo in 1961 and the car clearly has the later style trunk handle (mid '63). Oh well.... The 'Goofs' in IMDB doesn't list this error....
