Hello to all

I believe I have a need to replace my Mitsubishi turbo on this car due to oil seals. I have read about repair/exchange prices for around $350. Can anyone out there provide a number for this place or one that provides a similar service. DO you think swap out is better than a DIY approach. If a DIY are the parts available from these same people?
This is the same car the blows oil at start only with teh now perished O2 sensor.
