Where can I get the red button inserts for the seat belt buckle? 700

Hey,

The red insert that goes in the seat belt buckle has broken on a couple of my catches. They are faded and brittle, probably from UV light and many years. One is being held together by glue but I suspect it won't last.

Where can I get some?

And is there a trick to removing them so you can replace the light bulb?
