passenger seat power not working S90-V90

1997 960 sedan.....passenger seat power not working at all, and for who knows how long...the #8 fuse is OK, as are the other elecgtrical items corresponding to the fuse- mirrors and some lights I think....and nothing obstructing the track(s) and no wires appear damaged!

So people, what else could be the problem here or where should I begin to try and repair it??!!

As always gang, many thanks for your helpful suggestions and input.....
