Header Pipe Troubles 200

The header pipe coming off the exhaust manifold is being replaced. It's between the exhaust maniflod and the CAT on a 1986 240 Non-turbo. I also plan on replacing the CAT.
Is there anything special about this replacement process that I should be aware of??

Got a BEST Parts place for this stuff?
