850 blocked oil breather

Hello!

Found an 1994 850 for sale with a blocked oil breather pipe. Excuse my ignorance but how do you unblock it?

Hope to buy the car. Battery is also not charging. What could I look at?

Looks like a sound car. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you
