No Horn 900

My horns have stopped working. They stopped in the middle of
a 'toot', as if a fuse had blown. I notice in the FAQ section
a description of a 'fused yellow wire'. Does this mean a
lead from a fuse in the fuse box (all ok) or that there is
a fusible link in the steering column that has gone and needs to
be replaced? Any other ideas? The horns themselves look
like new and wiring up there seems ok, too. Both were working.
If a button had gone bad, wouldn't the other still work?

Thanks for any help
