AMM or Turbo problems 700

It happened when I took the 450 mile trip to JAX FL- I was using the turbo a lot on the way there, the car started to have pulsating idle between 2500 and 1500 rpms, (in the city driving)when at the light, and when I tryed to drive off, it will shut down. I found that reseting the ignition (taking the key out and back) helps, but I have to also step on the pedal up to like 5000 rpms in order to clear the oil clog? I suspect a failing Turbo TD04 179 000 miles, and may be an AMM. it used to do it(same symtomps) once every 5000 miles or so, and then I'll clean the TB and the IAC, and car will run fine for another 5.0 however this time I came back home and it started doing it again, after 550 miles. Also I noticed, black drops coming out of the exaust, and when normal, idle stays at 1100 rpm without the AC and at 650 with AC on. Otherwise car has plenty of power on the highway (better than my 89 760 garret T3), and no other problems except the black smoke upon acceleration, past 3000 rpms. Spark plugs are 3000 mile old, distributor and wires are probably close for a change- 25 000 miles since last one, fuel pump is 30000 miles old, not known air or vacuum leaks- I had to get this ECC system straight- so I changed most of the hoses and check valves, also did the PCV box and kit 4-5 months ago.
Any Ideas?
